Richard is a licensed real estate professional registered in the state of New York.
With years of working with buyers and sellers Richard's creative skills, through photography, writing and graphics give him a leg up when it comes to marketing and seller your home.
Photography
Photography has been a major focus throughout Richard's life. Published in New York Spaces Magazine he was recognized for his excellence in interior real estate photography. Working with interior designers in Manhattan, Marin County, California and New Jersey has brought him recognition in a broader sense. Also having having his own photography retail business, employed by Fuji Film USA, Agfa Gaveart and General Electric increased his understanding of digital imaging.
Today there are many ways of expressing his artistic eye through travel, real estate, commercial or product photography.

Exhibitions & Prints
Over the course of a decade, Richard work to bring recognition to a local historical figure that was know for his photographic abilities at the turn of the century. These effoorts resulted in the publication you see pictured released by Syracuse University Press in 2019.
J.S. Wooely was know as a village photographer in the late 1800's and early 1900's in Ballston Spa, NY. In the end he was so much more and did work within his community along with traveling the world at a time when photography was in its enfancy stages. Through this Richard co-curated two major exhibitions that brought this work to light in two upstate museums.
An offshoot of the publication and the reasearch Richard has done, has afforded to offered his expertise in instruction and teaching related to the history of photography in the area and photography in general.
